Is this an invite only event?
The event is not openly marketed to the public, you must know or have a connection to a team member of Velocity Events.

In the event you purchase a ticket but Velocity Events can not verify your connection to a team member, you will receive your payment refund in full.
How will we gain access to the venue?
Within 48 hours of your ticket purchase you will receive an email by a Velocity Events team member to be your concierge for questions and event details.

The names of all ticketed guests must be provided prior to arrival of the event.

Upon your first arrival, you will receive a physical pass and you must have a valid photo ID to receive your pass.
How do you handle parking and arrivals?
We offer various tiers of parking based on your event participation.

On-site, there are four levels of parking, totaling approximately 250 spots available at any given time.

Guaranteed parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, off-site parking is available.

Shuttles will transport guests from the intersection of Paradise Rd. and Flamingo Rd.

Guests will receive an access pass allowing car services or rideshares to navigate the road closure on Flamingo Rd. for drop-off at the property's entrance. Details to be confirmed closer to event date.
What happens if I purchase a ticket and can not attend?
Full refunds are available until seven (7) days before event. Any cancelations received by or after October 17th, 2024 will receive a 70% refund, 30% will be kept by Velocity Events.

Tickets can be transferred to another guest.

Tickets can not be resold.

In addition to the standard outlets, we can provide 220V outlets and accommodate other power support requests. Please reach out to us to discuss your needs further.
